A couple of ways work good for me. One, I like to listen to great speakers and leaders to draw ideas from. Also, I like to be quiet, still and just listen to that still small voice inside. It is where I draw great strength and inspiration.

Write, but don't edit while you write. It is not unusual to feel you need to edit it just "one more time." At some point, you got to stop editing and ship it.

Finishing! I like writing process and seeing the entire project come to a finished product that allows people and organization to engage and go to a higher level.

I have not experience this too much, I think it is because I daily try to refresh my mental state of mind with good books or audio food for the brain. I am a learner and feed on cultivating my growth. If I get stuck, I can look at my notes or underlined passages that inspire me.
