By the river and there are plenty in Australia.
The Snowy River comes to mind and it flows into the ocean at Marlo where there are Aboriginal artifacts which I visited on a caravan trip years ago.

The Harts - mindless television with the goodies always winning. They're quite wealthy so don't have to earn a living. Max is their sidekick who organises extraneous things for them. No harsh words are spoken and they nearly always win.
