My most recent book is Fractured Lives, which is factual about people I worked with who suffered from psychosis. This was when I was a Psychologist and lecturer. I felt their stories needed to be heard and that of their families. I want people to become more aware of mental health problems. This is both a professional and personal cause .

Write, write, write. Then edit edit edit. After that, find a publisher and an editor ...a good editor and publish your book. Don't give up.

I seldom get it. If however there is something that I just can't 'get' I write anything that pops into my head on a different piece of virtual paper and I find something happens!

My met recent book, which I have only just completed was triggered by seeing my four year old Grandson, together with his friend...a girl in his class in school. They seem so attached to each other it's incredible. This started me thinking about soul mates, Karma and reincarnation. Hence I wrote "Wear Bright Colours for me" about two people who meet in four different lives. It has not yet been accepted form listing.

Good question. Anything inspires me. Reality TV show did for Gossip Columns, News articles, snippets of conversations, personal experiences...lots of things. I think that's why I write in different genres.

Easy answer, although hard to do ...Don't give up. However many rejections you get ...keep on writing!

I seldom get writers block . I feel as if I have lots of future books inside me, waiting to come out! I have so many ideas to explore. However if I get temporarily stuck in a particular book, I just sit back and let the character lead me where they will. They always get it right!
