Add a character to the story. Go down a path you did not intend with your outline. Not only does it break the block, it adds fun to the work being you yourself do not really know where this is heading. Then try to tie it into the main story line. Or kill them off in some horrible fashion.

My biggest inspiration came from reading fantastic works from other writers and being left with a feeling it could have ended better.

We all have a story to tell. This one has been drifting around in my head for years. First, i wanted to make a real person, not someone with unrealistic morals and unflappable character. I did not want another "A nobody saves beautiful princes, discovers he is lost kin to some king, becomes ruler of the world" book.
