Dear Irini,
Sorry for my late reply. I was off of Goodreads for awhile but am back on and welcome any questions.
The answer is "Maybe", you need to check with your 401K provider at work and see if it si possible that you can buy the index funds that I mentioned in the book. In some cases the 401K scheme only let's you buy certain funds. If that is the case then ask them to help you find the funds that are most similar to the ones i show in the book. (Similar in stocks they own and similar in the fee that they charge-very low)
One i mentioned what the Vanguard VT funds which owns more than 7,000 stocks

If they don't have anything like that then maybe you can max out your 401K for the tax benefit and then for money over and above that you follow with i teach in the book.
