Christopher Miller To most people the obvious answer would include the couple from "Fifty Shades of Grey" (which I haven't read). I've wracked my brain and the only couple that came to mind was Lady Chatterley and her lover. Why? Because they were my first. It's been more than fifty years since I read that book, but the earthiness of their relationship has stuck to me like 'muck on boots'.
