Good to meet you, Andrew! Thank you so much! There are many things I wish I knew when I first started my publishing journey, but one of the most important, I think, is to remember that the road to publishing is long, not short. It's important not to feel rushed into releasing something before it's ready, or because you feel like you have to operate on or compete with traditional publishing's timeline.
Thank you for your offer! Right now I'm not taking in anymore books for review (Quarantine has me swamped!), but I've added your novel to my to-read list for the future!

Hi Bethany! You can find my books on Amazon, and some of them are also available on Barnes & Noble's website, as well. :)

Yes! I'm actually in the process of formatting the book for kindle, and it should be available within the week!

Not yet! I have two fairy tale novellas that I'm working on, and a (very) tentative plan is to publish the first in early 2018 and the next one that same summer. It all depends on my schooling schedule, and how much I can get done this summer!

There's a tattered, worn copy of Louisa May Alcott's An Old Fashioned Girl on my bookshelf right now. It's not worn because it's so old, but rather because I loved it so much that I read it all the time. I related to the characters because they seemed to understand my own problems and I found that encouraging. If someone finds Hidden Pearls- or any of my books- encouraging in that way through life's physical and spiritual problems, then I think that's the highest thing I can aspire to.

The hardest part was, without a doubt, the revising/editing. I hate editing because, since I've already finished the writing, I'm not in the mood to really *work*. It's also a time when you have to view your book without partiality.... so a bit of the "magic" of the story is lost to you. The outcome is definitely worth the effort, though.
My favorite aspect of Hidden Pearls is the variety of characters. There are people with all sorts of personalities, from all sorts of different backgrounds, and they were all fun to write about.
