Dewandus Johnson I am currently working on the sequel to my first Publication Cry Baby Cry or Not. I was going to release Would You Kill For Me in the early part of 2020, the first novel I ever wrote but the world wants the sequel so I have to give the people what they want. If you have not read Cry Baby Cry or Not go to royalroarpublishingkingdom.com and get your copy via Amazon.com barnesandnoble.com or outskietpress.com/crybabycryornot for ebooks
Dewandus Johnson My advice to aspiring writers is to stay diligent. Everyone has a story to tell but only the diligent has put it on paper. Fight for your dream! There is greatness in you that you have not tapped into. Believing that you are great gives you confident to conquer anything and the only way the achieve the belief in to stay diligent.
Dewandus Johnson A few good things about being a writer is that you get to invite people into your creativeness and if you are good enough you can influence the minds of millions. I agree with the old proverb "the pen is mightier than the sword" but the best thing about being a writer it that your pen is your pen. You can use it however you like. You can inspire, motivate, entertain or inform. With one pen, the possibilities are endless.
Dewandus Johnson I deal with writer's block by taking a moment to clear my mind. I step completely away from the story for awhile until something juicy pops into my brain. From my years of writing, I have learned that inspiration comes from all angles. You have to be receptive to your surrounding and allow your mind to process and produce scenarios. Don't beat yourself up. Relax and let your creative juices simmer!
Dewandus Johnson I got the ideal for my first book from a lady that was deaf and mute, who was my neighbor. Growing up in Chicago, I saw a lot of high school girls being pursued by older men. I always thought that it was wrong but it was so widely accepted that I felt like an outcast because of my view on the situation.
