I'm finishing the third book in my Galendor YA Fantasy series and then I have a Sci-Fi series dealing with the adventures of Captain Blastoff that I'm desperate to get jotted down.

In 1989 I drew a simple, round-faced bard with a cape, sunglasses and 5 o'clock shadow on an American Family Insurance calendar. Changing "calendar" to "Galendor", I had a character and spent the rest of high school, 6 years in the Navy and another 5 years living life and creating his world before deciding to write his story.
