I first acknowledge that it is triggered by fear, so I work to discover what I fear in the moment. Once the fear is named, I can then deal with it more consciously. Sometimes it's really a matter of simply working out the adrenaline that is stuck in my body, and a mindful walk or taking some conscious breaths will get me through. Then I make a commitment to write just one sentence. Once that sentence is down, it will generally lead to more.
