I don't really know. Ideas just pop into my head, like when I'm making my 45-minute commute to my day job. I'll be driving along and the basis of an idea will be fleshed out by the time I arrive.

Not very well. Hard to believe but I'll actually turn my attention to another book or article I'm writing and somewhere during that writing, the block is lifted on the first project. Crazy, right?

I'm re-reading Jean Shepherd's classic, "A Fistful of Fig Newtons". I need a good laugh after all that is going on. I'm also into the "Complete Father Brown Mysteries" by G.K. Chesterton. I love a good British whodunnit.
