I skip the part that is hanging me up! Most of the time when I experience writer's block, it is about a specific portion of the manuscript I've been working on. Luckily, I usually have ideas for future chapters already rolling around in my brain, so if I get stuck on one, I just move to the next. In the meantime, my brain is working on the problem and when I come back to it the block is usually resolved!

I'm actually working on a number of projects. I've completed the second book in The Black Hand series and started the third. In addition, I've nearly completed an urban fantasy set in the old west, and some fairly substantial work on three other science fiction titles.

It came to me when I was in the fifth grade. I was a big fan of the radio serials and used to listen to them with my grandpa. I thought that wrapping that into a science fiction universe and adding humor would be an entertaining read for fans. It worked like a charm.
