Benny Sims I'm working on a novel about a lifelong loser who never reached a level of success or notoriety in his life, so he sets a goal of killing one person a week for an entire year.

The title is "52"
Benny Sims Persevere.
Code Gray had 146 rejections from agents and publishers before it finally hit paydirt. I was on the verge of giving up as a writer, because constant rejections were wearing me down. Now I'm glad I didn't.
Benny Sims I started writing it in 2005 or 2006 (I can't remember). The inspiration was all the political noise created by the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth movement against John Kerry during the 2004 presidential election campaign.

Writers tend to always ask "what if" for their stories, so I started developing a story about the limits people will go to in order to get the election results they want.
