What happened to the real-life person who inspired Adele Miller's character? Her fate has already been plotted in my novel "The Diamond Party." But my inspiration was a composite of both characters Adele Miller and Brandi Monroe; that way I can think of Adele, who disappeared in real-life, as recovering from her traumatic history to have some future. Lingering a mystery in my life for over twenty years, who knows if she'll ever come back (for a sequel)!
