The idea for my most recent book came from my own fantasies and desires. I wanted to explore them more deeply *wink* I added the adventures to spice things up a little bit.

I've always been inspired to write. But fear of the unknown, fear of failure, not to mention people would tell me my writing wasn't sufficient, stopped me from pursuing my life long dream of being a writer. Most recently, last year to be exact... I decided to take that leap of faith and work toward achieving my goals and aspirations of being an author. There've been hurdles along the way, but it's strengthen my resolve to push forward and onward :-)

Being an aspiring writer myself... my advice is to continue writing and to never give up. Believe in yourself and in your craft. There will be times when things are difficult and you're not sure if this is the right path for you... but remember, nothing in life is easy. The payoff in the end is knowing that you've worked hard and created something special... something fans will not only devour but enjoy but also respect :-)

The best thing for me about writing... is the ability to create characters, situations and a tantalizing story. I want readers to be enthralled in the story, to feel like the characters are apart of their family.

Sometimes I play music or a movie for background noise (also to get inspiration)... plus I have a cup of coffee to get myself in the proper state of mind :-)
