I just finished In the Company of Witches and The Late Night Witches. I cant tell you how much I enjoyed both of them. Now I have added When The Crow's Away to my tbr. Your writing style is delightful ! Will you be writing a second book including the Late Night Witches characters? I absolutely loved Cassie's transformation from overwhelmed parent to reluctant herione.

Auralee Wallace I'm so glad you enjoyed them!! The Late Night Witches was written as a standalone, so there are no plans for a sequel. That being said, I love the characters, so if the opportunity were to arise, I'd be happy to go back :)

Hi! First of all, I absolutely love the Evenfall series I mean I'm not usually one for murdery books but omg the cozy is just so well-written that I loved it. I was just wondering if some of your inspirations were Sabrina and Gilmore Girls? Because Nora is so Zelda, Izzy is so Hilda, Roxie (if I remember well) is giving Miss Patty which I absolutely loved since they are pioneers of the cozy autumn vibes. Thank you :)

Auralee Wallace Hi! Yes, I absolutely love the vibes from Sabrina and Gilmore Girls (especially for the autumn vibes). I was also inspired by Practical Magic and Garden Spells, shows like Charmed and Ghost Whisperer, and movies like The Craft and The Witches of Eastwick. Oh! And Bewitched! I loved Bewitched when I was a small. I'm sure I'm missing others. I love the opening scene in Macbeth - Double, double toil and trouble. I was thinking a lot about that for the cauldron scene in When the Crow's away. Basically I love witches :)

I just finished When the Crow's Away this morning, and after I got done weeping over Mort and Angie I tore to my computer to order the third book...only to find that there isn't one! Please tell me there should be a "yet" tacked on to the end of that sentence...? I need more Evenfall!

Auralee Wallace Well...first I'm so glad you enjoyed the books!! The answer to your question though, unfortunately, is "It's complicated." What I can tell you is I'd really, really liked there to be more books. If it's possible, I don't know. I'll be posting more on my Instagram soon!

Hi. So sorry to hear about your health issues; wishing you a complete, speedy recovery. Hopefully, you'll feel inspiration to add to Brynn's story at some point. Such a fabulous duo...so far. Curious about the hint of a new love interest?!

Auralee Wallace Hi! Thanks so much for reaching out. Honestly, I can't say for sure at this point. I've had some health issues that have really thrown me off track, but I'm just finishing treatment, so hopefully I'll figure things out soon :) I can say for absolute certain that I'd love to write more!

So...when's the next book coming out? :)

Auralee Wallace Goldie! You asked my very first question on Goodreads! I feel like I should give you a prize! But I've got nothing...sadly, not even a good answer for you! On the bright side, I should know when the next SIDEKICK is coming out soon. The sequel is with my editor, and I am waiting to hear back. Once I know, I'll be sure to post it everywhere I can. The good news is that because it's an ebook, it should only be a few months in production.
