Elle Boon Whoowee, that's a good one. Well, my mama's family is from down south, and she is one of 14 children. However, it's said that she isn't the biological child of her parents; truth be told, she didn't look like any of her sisters and brothers growing up. For one, she was the only redhead; for two, she was the only small, petite one in the family. The story is that there was an unwed family member who kind of dropped her off as a baby, knowing that she would be looked after. That family member returned years later with no children and married. My mama was a constant visitor there, but nobody ever told the truth.
Elle Boon Hiya, Lissa. I so wish, but sadly the series just didn't have enough readers who wanted more so I had to put it away "sobbing". Maybe if I have a free moment I will write a chapter here and a chapter there and then be able to put the next one out, but right now there was just not enough of a following of the series :(
Thank you so much for reading me, and wanting more. If only like a few hundred people wanted it LOL.
Elle Boon It was a sunny day in Middle-Merica, when all of a sudden the sky went dark, the air became thick and suffocating. A dark figure strode through the fog, his stride sure and menacing as he walked toward a cluster of women, his red eyes promising death to all.
Elle Boon Oh lord...that's a tough one because I love fictional worlds. I think I'd choose my own Fae world because I get to create who, what, when, and where. Getting to change things and pop in different characters would be awesome LOL. Plus I love my Jenna the Fae Queen and her merry band of crazy people. She has the Iron Wolves and the Mystic Wolves alongside her dragons, not to mention Creed aka the son of Satan and an angel #dontlookdown <3
Elle Boon Well, I totally missed the boat on this question. Summer seems like a blur and I blame the rona LOL. I did have Corona so there's that. I did a little reading, but because of the lockdown and having the stinking virus I swear my concentration and having my house filled with hubby and my Goob 24/7 made it a little difficult. However, I did read JR Ward's latest and Christine Feehan's latest because I could not read them LOL.
Elle Boon I have actually not had that...yet. However, I've had friends who have and they suggest stepping away and doing something else. For me, I will re-read the previous book in a series if I haven't written the next book that I am writing. Say I am going to write book 7 in a series, but I hadn't been in that series in a few months. So, I'll go and read the previous book to get into the world, and usually, that gets my mind into the world.
Elle Boon Oh, the best thing is telling stories. I absolutely love the ability to create worlds and giving them life, and then having readers fall in love with the characters you've created.
Elle Boon My best advice is to sit down and write. Of course, I also suggest reading books, see how to write correctly. It's not as easy as getting a document up and typing up a story. You need to know how to do it. How to structure a story. What POV you're going to write in (First, or third) and make sure you hire a good editor and get a professional cover made. It's a lot of work, but it's soo worth it if you truly love it. <3
Elle Boon Hiya, I'm currently working on Hollywood's story, the next book in my Royal MC series coming out in December <3
Elle Boon Hi, for me I get inspiration everywhere. Real-life things will inspire me a lot. And music, I need music in order to bang out the words LOL.
Elle Boon Hiya, Royally F**ked was such an emotional book to write. I kept seeing #savethechildren and as a Mimi to a little girl who is seriously the greatest thing ever, I had this story pop into my head. Of course, it happened as I was laying down to go to bed after I was scrolling through Facebook and someone sent me a link about a group that was really a sick pedophile group. I was so sickened to see these things go on right under our noses. Cosmo had already been a character with a hidden past and he sort of morphed into what I wrote. I mean, I was shocked at the way it came out because it was definitely darker than my others. However, I have written dark and twisted, but this one was gut-wrenching. And then you had Tai who I wanted to travel to her country and decimate an entire fictional family as well. I like to take things that are ripped from the headlines, twist and turn and make them my own in my stories. Of course, you'll always get a happily ever after at the end but that doesn't mean there aren't scars they'll have <3
