Hi Leanne! I apologize for taking so long to answer your question. I don't know how I could have missed it.
To answer your question, yes, there will be more books in the series, at least I plan on it. I love Evan and Julien too much, and it doesn't feel like their stories are finished being told yet. However, I can't predict when I'll write the next one since I usually write when the ideas unexpectedly hit me, like when I see a photo or a holiday is coming up. It was Julien's voice that started IAFYDS, and he's been quiet lately, but I can assure you when he speaks there's no way of shutting him up until I write down everything he wants to say :) So there's the long answer to your question. Yes, there will be more stories with Evan and Julien, and most likely Michael too. Maybe even stories with Michael by himself as he grows to be friends with Evan and Julien. Hi Claire, Thank you for asking. To be honest, I don't usually make resolutions of any kind. Maybe it's the word resolution that I'm not keen about, it seems too confining. Saying that, I do have a few goals I'm aiming for.
One, is to start the first book in a shifter series that my friend and co-author, Alexis Woods and I have been discussing. Another, is to finish a story where the setting is in Berkeley. And finally, if I can get those two stories to be novellas, instead of novels, I'll have accomplished my last goal. The two novels I wrote in 2015, Top Floor and Metamorphic Heart, were quite the feat. I'd like to write shorter stories this year.
