I was lucky as a writer because my publisher found me and sought me out to write Niagara Food. I came up with the outline, deciding on what I wanted to cover in the book but the premise was the publisher's. The History Press publishes a series of books that focus on food stories specific to a region or city and Niagara Food is part of that series.
