Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Shari Alyse My life. Literally I feel like I was born to specifically write this book. I knew that my challenges, heartaches, traumas, etc., were for a bigger reason and it was to be able to assist people in navigating through theirs with more love, kindness and gentleness towards themselves. But specifically, my 90 day solo trip to Italy to ease a broken heart inspired me to finally do it!
