Challenging reading with two differing views of the times depicted within both works. However Jean Le Bell told history as he observed the events or knew those involved and would only take witness accounts from those he trusted.

There are a few events connected with a house we lived in which strange happenings occurred. The house in question does have accounts of other owners also experiencing strange happenings forcing them to move out.
More recently I have an unpublished short story called Ferry Flight which tells the tale of a summer holiday that involved first the airline on my original flight being declared bankrupt. This ended up me having to cancel my hotels on Crete due to the flights left being beyond my budget. However, i managed to find a cheap flight to Santorini.
Booking new hotels all was well trains to the airport early so I arrived early.
Got to the check in desk could see a flight on the screens but there was no actual flight it was a Ferry Flight for airline staff only.
Asked the airline booking desk customer service if there was any alternative but the only chance left was a request to the captain by them.
It was his call luckily for me and the other passenger on the flight he agreed to carry us. Other events made the holiday one I will never forget...
It's all in the short story that could well make a good novel!
