Hi Ivan.
Working on it! By the end of the year. Work has been a little busier than usual, but getting there.
Thank you for your interest.

Hi,
Thanks for the interest. It is coming along albeit slowly. Ironically, the current sad situation around the world might give me some more time to work on it!
That being said, I haven't been idle - I did an update on Book 1 (flow and continuity) . And I will be uploading an update to Books 2, 3 and 4. No story changes, just filling in gaps, expanding and doing a better job!
I also launched a podcast project. The first chapter of Book 1 is up there for free - they are such big books it is not viable to pay someone to make an audiobook of the series -but I thought I'd try a kind of crowdfunding /subscription / serialized approach to an audiobook. It is at https://chapterbychapter.xyz/ . I'd really welcome your thoughts.
Thanks again,
Michael

Robb, Book six will not be out this year but should be out by the end of January. I'm actually going to rerelease book 1 - The Aebeling - just going back to fix a few things - as well as add 30,000 words and a hundred pages! That will be in the next few weeks (I hope).
Thanks for your interest. Glad you have enjoyed the series.

Robb, sorry, I missed your query. It is very nearly finished; I'm waiting for a friend to complete a proofread. The cover will be finished tomorrow-ish so all ready to go. Very soon. Fingers crossed.

Thank you for reading The Thane. That is part of book five,
and it is largely written. It will just be called 'The Thane". It "will" be out before Christmas (I hope!).

Lex, I'm glad you enjoy the series. The sequel is coming along - it will be out before Christmas (I'm hoping). As for the audio version I hadn't considered it. It would take someone "hours" to read - so can't imagine the cost of getting it done. I'll check it out though.
Cheers,
Michael

Tough question because I haven't read them all. I think mine would be more survivable but Tolkien's Middle Earth would be the most interesting assuming you didn't expect to live long! David Eddings's Aloria would be good fun too. Of course, it would be much fun being a peasant in any of them.

Unsure at this stage but definitely this year (the first book in the sequel, that is). Hopefully first half.

Hi, Thanks for the email. If you are asking if there will be a follow-on to "The Bretwalda", probably not. The sequel series is underway and will be released later this year. The first part has been released as a short story: The Gyden II (The Thane). A prequel will also happen sometime.

FYI, I'm just started writing the first book in the sequel to The Casere series, and I've decided to release the first "bit" as a novella in "The Gyden" series in a few weeks. I'm going to write a novella for the prequel after that... I think.

Nilesh, thank you for your interest. I'm doing proofing at the moment. Could be one week, could be two. It can never be perfect but I'm trying to limited annoying errors. Cheers, Michael

Glad you enjoy the books. Sometime after July (I think and hope) . Are you aware that half of book three is on Wattpad?

I'll put 3/4 up for feedback (and corrections). Cheers, Michael
