I just okayed your friend request, but I don't come to Goodreads very often. I see that you entered a college program in Transpersonal (spiritual) Psychology. I have never seen anyone explain Transpersonal as ;spiritual' Psychology and wondered if your program differed from others in that respect? I am interested because I do the physics of consciousness and have written and published a great deal on that subject.
Catherine Auman I've always explained it that way as short-hand for the lay public.

If you get some "bad"reviews, do you take it personally or does it somehow give you more motivation when writing your next book?

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Catherine Auman I was surprised to be asked to be a columnist for an online sex site. After I got over the shock, and over worrying what my father would think if he found out, I started writing short articles which later became my book.

How do you get inspired to write?
Catherine Auman I'm lucky - more ideas come to me than I could ever get down on the page.

Catherine Auman Finishing my novel, blissbody. Hope to share it with you soon!

Catherine Auman Don't expect to be good right away. It takes a long time to become good at anything.

Catherine Auman Having someone tell you they've enjoyed what you've written or that it's had a positive impact on their life

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Catherine Auman I'm always in some kind of writing group or support group that gives me deadlines. Otherwise, if left to my own devices, I would spend my life playing Backgammon in my iPhone :)
