Jennifer Maimone Great questions! I have definitely considered making this into a TV series one day. All I need is to get a studio interested in doing it! Or, maybe even an online-based series. The internet is a powerful resource these days, so who's to say the series would be TV-based?
And YES, there is definitely a sequel in the works! It's titled A Cursed Soul, and the one after that is (working title) The Purists. There will be somewhere between 4-5 books total by the time I am done with the Alpha Wolf Series (not including the short story teaser I write in between each major release. I finished THIRST not too long ago, and is available on Amazon Kindle.).
Thank you for reading Demon's Prize! I hope you check out A Cursed Soul when it's out! You can follow the progression of it at www.facebook.com/alphawolfseries
Jennifer Maimone My readers are my best inspiration. Yeah, I know, that is very cliche and whatnot. But it's true. I get my inspiration for my readers, who want more of what I am writing. I won't lie -- it feeds my ego. I am a Leo. I have an ego that loves to be given attention. When my readers enjoy what they read, it gives me the spark to know that what I write is something that needs to be continued.
Jennifer Maimone Having the ability to bring the things you imagine onto paper, and into the minds of the reader, allowing them to see (at least for a moment) what you mentally see.
Jennifer Maimone Actually, I wrote a blog post a while back that might help answer this question in more detail. In it, I talk about what I've learned (so far) being an independent author. I talk about what you can expect AFTER you've published your book, and what you need to do to try to get it out there.

Jennifer Maimone Sometimes writer's block really gets me off track. What I try to do to counter it is by getting in my car, and cruise around until my mind clears away from the other things that are burdening my mind (work, rent, bills, the usual adult responsibilities). I play my music in my car, specifically ones that give me inspiration for certain scenes in my book that I have yet to write out, but am planning. I let my mind go, and create the story based on the music that I am listening to. It's almost like creating a movie in my head, complete with its own soundtrack. Finally, when my mind is clear enough, the scenes in my mind expand and become more detailed, letting me get a new spark for writing.
