It's a mashup of the plots of A Christmas Carol and the Sherlock Holmes canon. I'm also working on a screenplay, editing two books, trying to lose weight and be healthy... But I guess - currently, anyway - I'm working on filling out these questions?

Drink less. It won't help your writing. It will destroy your body, and prescription meds are way more fun! Seriously, just shut up about how you want to be a writer and write something. That is my advice.

Definitely the social life! So many opportunities to get out, meet people, and--oh wait, that's someone else's career. I guess the excuse for perpetual beards, unwashed clothes and floor-to-ceiling stacks of pizza boxes are pretty good. The crippling self doubt is probably the best though.
