All my books are based on 'Life'. Things that can happen to real people, in the real world. That's what makes them very gritty and exceptionally dark.
My world isn't Walt Disney (as much as I would like it to be) and I don't know anyone that has animated animal friends either.

I get ideas in the middle of the night and write them in my ideas book. I get ideas on the bus, in the street, from things people say, basically everywhere.

I am half way through ten more books, and have ideas for another twenty.
Next book out is 'Dancing with Devia', then after that will be a prequel or sequel to 'To Murder Matt'.
