What are you currently working on?

Ken Kousen My book "Help Your Boss Help You" is in the copyedit stage and should be generally available next month. The book is about how to manage your manager. By that I mean, how do you build a relationship with your manager that allows both sides to get what they want? Conflict with managers is inevitable, because what working professionals want is different from what managers want, though there is a lot of overlap. The fact that both sides want different things means there will be conflicts, but there are resolutions available that satisfy both sides.
