Jed Anderson I was riding my Harley through the Rockies thinking about a story a friend of mine told me about his job (he's a paralegal). The outcome of the story was one that had no justice, which, as you can imagine, had upset everyone. So, with music in my ears cruising through the mountains, my mind wandering from here to there, a character appeared. One who fit the identity of what was needed to bring justice. Moral justice, that it, not civil justice. Silver tongued lawyers can twist civil justice. That is where "Forgive Me, Father" began.
Jed Anderson Honestly? Boredom. Or irritation at myself for not having written anything in awhile.
Jed Anderson I've got a couple different projects in the works: Rise of the Gods, the sequel to Return. The Sumarian, a fantasy story that revolves around a cursed man. A Life Dreamt, a science-fiction story. And Drought, another science-fiction story.
Jed Anderson Sit down and write something. It doesn't matter what it is. Just write. Get the juices flowing.
Jed Anderson I pick up a book to read. Work on an entirely different piece. But, I always step away from what I'm stuck on. I never sit there and try to force something onto the paper.
Jed Anderson Being able to create anything, go anywhere, be anyone, and do whatever you want.
