It sounds trite and obvious, but writing is the best thing about being a writer. If you don't understand this immediately, it's a far more comprehensive answer than you can guess. The second best thing is getting paid.

What is writer's block? Not wanting to write? Not knowing what to write next? If it's the former, go take a walk. If it's the latter, go take a walk, come back and work on your outline. Having a problem with dialogue? Go take a walk and talk to people. Stuck on a plot point? Go take a walk and talk to people who've got problems worse than yours. Most solutions to this problem include, in case you haven't noticed, taking a walk. Reading works, too.
