Claire Monday Hubster and I were in a sex club - a very exclusive affair - where the rich and famous treat it like a masked ball. You wouldn't believe who goes!
I saw this girl giving herself up to being used by two guys - it was a sorta themed, fancy dress affair - but I realised that it's all an act.

So I took that and asked 'what if...' And it sort of ran from there.

In Mel's life, she always comes out on top. Sex is happening - people are doing it right now! - so I hope that what people read they find empowering. Women win.
Claire Monday That's a tough one.
1. Get the plot and characters sorted.
2. Run the scene in your head, like a film. Must have every sense tingling so it's got to sound, smell, taste, look and feel right.
3. Never go with your first idea. Make your idea better and better and better, and then write that.
4. 'Write what you know about' is good advice. But that doesn't work for science fiction, does it? Or fantasy, or.... But it does work for erotica. People fall into two groups - those that know and do, or those that imagine it. To write erotica, you have to know and do. It doesn't mean you have to go to orgies or go dogging - you can do it all with your significant other and what's inside your head.
Claire Monday Another Mel and Trisha story.

Claire Monday Read.
If you can't read, you won't write.

You must get your head around grammar, punctuation, plot, developing characters and such like. We'll fix it apps are no subsititue.
Claire Monday The best thing is that it's an outlet for my dirty, over imaginative mind.
The worst are finding the time and then all the publishing and marketing that has to be done too.
People think that we earn a fortune and are surrounded by minions that do websites, write answers to questions like these, format books etc. What I really enjoy is the writing, the rest of it, if I'm being brutally honest, is a PITA.
