Ray White I focus on telling one person the story rather than writing the book. I will often tell the story to my wife to help me get my thoughts straight and then go and type that story into the computer without editing. I also start with an outline and just write notes about what I want to write or research under each topic. It gives me next steps even when I am not feeling creative.
Ray White Being able to help people I don't know. When I get emails or comments about how someone was able to use even a kernal of what I wrote, it makes it all worthwhile.
Ray White Write everyday even if it is only for 15 minutes and even if you don't like the results. Don't try to get it perfect. Just get something on paper. At some point you can go back and edit and edit and edit and then have friends edit to get it the way you want. But first, just get as many thoughts and ideas as possible down on paper.
Ray White I am working on a book about how to create a happier and more productive workplace culture.
Ray White I had been teaching a lot of the topics I write about in classes and to mentees. I want to help as many people as possible be happy and successful.
