Hi there, sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I haven't checked Goodreads for a while. I like a bit of character development with my erotica, but sometimes I find it easier to get the sex scenes down and then go back and flesh out the back-story and character arc. I'd be interested in reading your work!

Fuente is the first novella that I've published. It's far from perfect and needs a rewrite, but I was living in Spain at the time, in the beachside town of Denia. I was feeling a bit removed from all of my normal routines and out of my comfort zone. I just started playing with that sense of alienation, distance, remoteness, and things kind of evolved from there.

I usually go to the gym, or take a break and do something different. There's not point trying to force a story if you can't really get into a character's head.
