I love that series too -- I love westerns and this one has my heart for sure. I plan on starting this book within the next month :) It is my hope to have it come out in November or December. (Hint: I plan on having it set near Christmas-- in Oregon:)

Outlining. It seems if I'm really stuck, outlining pulls me out of it. I'm typically a pantser and not a plotter, but when I'm stuck, plotting has saved the day.

Right now, I just finished my third Widow Wagon book and I'm finishing up my third Service and Submission book also--hoping to finish it this week. I'm also working on a Christmas book that will be a surprise :)

I set aside a time every day to write--and usually once I sit to write, it just pours out of me. I have slower days, and I just push through and write. I set aside 4-5 hours a day for writing, but if it is a difficult day, I'll write in the evening also.

The idea for the Widow Wagon came one day while I was at work. I was thinking about mail order brides and how I had never heard of widowed brides, but knew they had to exist. Then I thought wouldn't it be awesome if there was a covered wagon just for widows. And Widow Wagon was born :)
