How do you get inspired to write?
Leah Price I actually had a horseback riding accident and was on bedrest when I became the most inspired to write. It had always been in the back of my mind as a one day kind of thing, but it really developed and solidified while I was recovering.

What are you currently working on?
Leah Price Books in the Faire Pendant Series and a couple of YA novels. Can't say much more than that!

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Leah Price Read. And write. But I find that if you read a lot then it does help you with learning how to write. It also increases your vocabulary.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Leah Price Meeting the characters! lol A lot of them kind of appear in your imagination and it's like magic.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Leah Price I start writing something. I find that if I can get a sentence down, even if it's unrelated, my mind kicks into gear and the words usually start coming. It's important to me to see the scene so I try to stop before I run out of steam and leave a note for myself with where I'm going for when I start back.
