Oh. I have known some writers block in my life, and it's always a sort of struggle with my own self. I've noticed though that if I stop stressing about it and get out of my own way that I can creep out of it. Just write something. Even if it's just some words strung together. Also, some word sprints are good, as well as pictures that make you feel something.

Hmmm...surprising yourself with your own words. I mean sometimes I will reread a sentence or even a phrase, and I'll be instantly hit with how meaningful or beautiful it is.

Write, read, write, read, write, read. Repeat. Even when you feel you have nothing to say, you are wrong; put pen to paper, or fingers to keyboard and just start writing, you'll be surprised what will come of it. And then repeat again.

I am writing the second book in The Golden Doors trilogy. It is slow going so far, but hopefully NaNoWriMo will help me get my but in gear. This story follows my first book, She who bears the Mark, and sees Sha'ara (our heroin) and company on the second leg of their quest-like journey. I'm also writing tidbits of other things, but who knows where they will go.

Tricky question. Well, I might read a great quote that sparks something, or listening to some really great epic movie soundtracks may put me in another time, place, or make me feel in a fantasy world, or sometimes watching the history channel....sometimes it's hard to get inspired so I sit down and start writing the first thing that comes.

It was a culmination of a lot of different books I had read. Mainly, I just wanted to write something that could be enjoyed, and the same time mean something. Also, I just wanted to prove to myself that I could finish something! *laughs*
