Rachel Sharpe There I sat, in pure, raw disbelief. The unthinkable, the unfathomable had happened: writer's block.
Rachel Sharpe If you have a story that you know needs telling, don't let anyone discourage you. Write, write, write. And realize that publishing is subjective and just because one publisher rejects your manuscript doesn't mean it won't get published. Never give up!
Rachel Sharpe Having someone tell you they enjoyed your story. It's even better when people talk to you about your characters like they're real people. To me, that's the ideal. All I want out of my novels is to tell a good story. If I've done that, I've done my job.
Rachel Sharpe Just keep writing!

Rachel Sharpe My husband and I visited some family friends who live in Los Angeles and work in the entertainment industry. We had a blast - studio tours, theme parks, and I even got to go up on stage before one of Jay Leno's last tapings of The Tonight Show and took a picture with him! The entire experience made me want to incorporate Hollywood into a Jordan James, PI case. So, what better way than to have her on a television set that is filming on location in the Rocky Mountains when a murder takes place?
