I’m presently working on the third book of the Crossing William Trilogy that is almost complete. I have two more books, “Buster,” and “The Thick Blue Line,” that should be completed by the end of the year. “Buster,” is about my grandfather and his life of running liquor during and after prohibition. His nick name was “Buster” back in the day hence the name. "The Thick Blue Line" is about police corruption in a small town that erupts into an internal war inside the department.

Most of my inspirations come from dreams and nightmares. I keep a note book on both sides of my bed with a pencil tied to each one. When I wake from a dream my thoughts are immediately transferred to the note books preventing me from forgetting the ideas. My horror/fiction books come to me in this way with some of the ideas scaring even me!

I never work on just one book. It never fails that the demon of writer’s block always comes upon you at some time or another. Instead of giving up, or not continuing to write, I’ll move to another project. The break gets my mind off of the work that has stumped me for a while and keeps me productive while working on another book. After a couple of weeks I find that I can return to the first project with fresh ideas.

Me, Myself & Some Bastard from Alabama is my most recent book. The idea for this book came from my experiences during high school. Just after beginning school in Alabama my family moved to North Carolina. I hated the move at first but began to love my new home after slowly befriending some of the most interesting characters you could ever imagine. The next two and a half years provided some of the wildest and most hilarious events imaginable as adolescence and awkwardness played havoc on me and my group of new friends. How could I not write about such experiences that still bring about laughter upon recollection?
