My list is short 'cause I have some irons in the fire. First, the "Ace of Hearts" script is almost finished and I have to work on pitching it to networks and studios. (I take all helpful hints.) I'm also working on my 1st TV commercial! Hopefully, I'll be able to squeeze in a couple of good reads before summer's end.

Ewww, usually I give myself and my story a break. I've only had it bad once, when all my characters went mute on me for over a month. Then one night, right before I dozed off (that's their favorite time) they all started talking at once! I got out of bed around midnight & did not get to sleep til 4 a.m.!

I guess Nike & I have the same motto, "Just do it!" Start with as little as 10 minutes a day, but devote that time to telling your story and add another 10 minutes per week. You'll be surprised at how much you can accomplish and don't worry about editing, that will come later.

First with Honor, historical fiction based on the true story of an original Montford Point Marine (1 of the first Black Marines.) More work than using my imagination, but I think it'll be worth it.
