Hi Nicole! I am so glad you enjoyed The One That Got Away! I don't have a release date for the Colin & Hilary book right now; it was supposed to come next, but my editor fell in love with my other book, Results May Vary, even more, so now that one is releasing on August 9th. I hope to publish the other one soon!

Practice. I'm not only talking about writing long-form, I mean even just practicing in conversation with other people. Train yourself to get better at manipulating words into unexpected or apt turns of phrase. It will help improve your writing at a micro level.

I've met so many wonderful readers, fellow writers, reviewers, agents, and editors; everyone has all different stuff going on but we have this incredible common thread of loving writing and books and stories. It's the greatest thing ever, and I basically want to invite you all over to my house so we can drink cocktails and talk.
