Jesse Presgraves Usually I take it as a sign that I've been working too hard and take a break since usually it comes after I've been working a bit. I think about the last thing I wrote and I take a walk or spend time with my family. I try writing again after at least a few hours and usually am able to pick back up. If not, I wait until the next day when my brain is more clear.
Jesse Presgraves Right now I am working on finalizing ideas for my detective novels about a young female officer working with a family friend who is a long time detective to solve murders and find out more about herself along the way. I'm also working on a rewrite of Relearning to Fly. My first novel was written in 2013 before I really understood the power of editing so it's getting that attention now.
