Nature inspires me. What I see around me inspires me. Even road signs inspire me. I can gaze out of the window and be inspired by the leaves on the trees or the rain falling. Often I will have a question pop up and I will suddenly begin a process of caving within. This brings up answers, more questions, and often inspiration for writing articles on-line, YouTube videos and other non-fiction work.

It came from my personal desire to answer burning questions about life, challenges and to view reality in a whole new way. I wanted to write a book that allowed people to be fully human and in doing so allowed myself the same self-kindness.
