I wrote the Airship Artemis with a desire to create an intrigueing adventure surrounding an airship. The romance and adventure that the airships inspire moves me and make me wish that I could one day book passage on the Airship Artemis.

I have several projects started and I am writing on them as we speak. I am focusing my attentions on a Steampunk Western story with a gun-slinging monster hunter. Should be a great adventure story for everyone.

My advice for aspiring writer's? Don't give up, and don't listen to those negative influences around you. I didn't pursue my writing for many years because I bought into the negativity of those that kept reminding me that the odds of getting published were astronomical. There are so many avenues available to writers these days. Don't give up, and remember the only certainty is if you don't write, you're guaranteed a 0% chance of being published.

I enjoy being able to immerse myself into characters and a story of my design. It's a great way to express your creativity in a way that enthralls those that consume your writing.
