Sadly, for me this does not come naturally. It takes great will for me to start putting words on paper. That said, once I start, I have an internal drive that's almost impossible to stop. I'll bulldog my way to the end with a tenacity that even amazes me. Luckily, I am blessed to have a family that supports and encourages me along the way!

Most recently, I co-authored "The 12 Talents" with some of my closest friends and colleagues as a way to consolidate some of the greatest leadership lessons, habits and attitudes we've come across.
