Never throw any of your old material away! No matter how rubbish you think it is, keep it. I've found that I've managed to use those old ideas in my newer works.

Writing a 'Christmas novel' has been something that I've wanted to do for a while. I think the idea for 'Home For The Holidays' has partly stemmed from some older material of mine that I found - I've used that as a starting point and then changed a lot around it to take it in a different direction than originally planned. I'm excited to share it!

Being able to create characters and locations that don't exist. I love the escapism that novels bring to the reader, and I enjoy that feeling myself when I am writing.

I have a few projects at the moment - 'Home For The Holidays' is a new Christmas novel I'm working on. A seasonal piece is something I've always wanted to do and I had a spark of inspiration, so I ran with it! 'City Streets - Part Three' will be in progress very soon and 'Back To Reality' is still a focus, yet is something that may take a little longer than I'd hoped!
