Misha Gerrick Reading the Twilight series, I thought about how I wanted to write about an immortal suffering from amnesia. (But I didn't want to write a vampire story.)

A few years later I was playing Assassin's Creed and then I realized that I wanted to write a love story featuring two characters from enemy factions.

The light-bulb really went on when I realized I could put the stories together. And Endless was born.

Sometimes, I get burn-out, which is like writer's block but worse in that I can't write at all. Not even blog posts. In those cases, I take a two or three week holiday from writing to recover.
