I'm working on a manuscript about teenage love and how we as girls and women often compromise ourselves for what we think we want. The voice of the story is light and even funny but I think the message will come through.

I always go back to the adage: Writers write. This means not just dreaming or talking but actually doing. It's such simple phrase but it packs a punch.

Thanks! It took a really long time to get here - hard to find time to write when you are balancing work and kids as I'm sure you know. But I highly recommend it especially if you've always felt you have stories to tell - and I know you've got some good ones!
