Hi, Andrea;
I'm so happy you liked A Little Blood.
Blood Wine is the next book in the series and while the first draft is done, there's still a lot of work to do before I can publish.
I wish I could give you a date, but I'm working on another project and I'm not the speediest writer in the world :)
In the meantime though, I can tell you that Blood Wine's focus is Etienne's sire, Symon with cameo appearances from Etienne and Andrew :)
Thank you. Your message will be my incentive to write faster :)

My all time favourite couple would be Brian and Justin from Queer As Folk. I liked that Justin turned the age thing on its head with him being the younger but more mature one of the two. I liked that while Brian taught Justin his version of how to be gay, Justin taught Brian that it was okay to have feelings. They brought out the best in each other ... I mentioned they were hot, right? :)

I'm working on the second book now. I'm sorry, it's going to be a while :) No release date yet, but I'm hoping for September, 2017. Thank you for taking a chance on my book :)

Hi, Brandy;
LOL! No one has asked that :)
The actor was Chris Colfer who at the time played Kurt Hummel on Glee. My first attempt at writing was a Fan Fiction story based on his character.
Thanks for asking, and reading :)

Hi, Chelsea;
Etienne and Andrew may pop in and out of the next two books, but they will be cameo appearances. The second book will focus on Symon. The third and last book in the trilogy will feature Trent. At least, that's the plan so far :) I never really know what's going to happen until I hit the keyboard.
Thanks for reading :)

Hi, Matty;
What a great idea! Daniel and Steven would be the best parents but I wasn't thinking of a sequel, no.
If I come up with something to make a second book at least as interesting as the first then I'll rethink D&S. I'm not saying never but don't hold your breath :)
Daniel and Steven always make me smile, I'm glad they spoke to you. Thanks so much for reading. :)

I knew the kind of book I wanted to write. I knew it would be M/M Romance/erotica.
My daughter has a Canada Day BBQ every year, and basically, I just stole her party and put my characters in it. I don't know why I thought to do that except that I've always heard that you should write what you know.
Kind of worrying that theory actually, because I feel that everything I know is already in my first book. I'm not sure what's left to put in a second :)

I'm still working on that one. I wish I knew. It would make things easier. Often ideas just swim to the surface while you're doing something else.

I'm working on a little fan fic, while I wait for the next book idea to surface. I like writing fan fiction because the response is instantaneous.

Start. Don't think about it. Don't worry about whether or not you can do it. Just sit down and write.

Control. It's your world; everything and everyone in it. You create the happy, and the sad. You decide what the problems are and how to fix them. Personally, I'm a big fan of happy endings. When I'm writing, I know I won't end up throwing the book across the room because I hate the ending. I'm not saying the ending will be good, or the book, either, for that matter. I'm just saying I get to write an ending that I like :)

I just walk away from my laptop, and get out of the house. If I stay home my computer mocks me :) Jogging works the best for me. Dialogue seems to fall into place as I shuffle along the sidewalk. Of course, the tricky part is trying to remember everything once I'm home again :)
