Since my first book was a non-fiction memoir/ how-to piece, I decided I wanted to try and write a fictional romance/chic-lit book. It is still in its very early stages but I am very excited to be writing it. And look forward to sharing it with everyone in the future.

My life experiences are the things that inspire me to write. Both the good and difficult things that have happened to me and those that I love give me the motivation to write.

I began writing as a way to cope with the new role I was taking on as a caregiver for my mother. It helped me to put on paper my fear, worries, and frustrations in order to clear my head. As I continued to write with the encouragement of my friend and husband (they were the only ones who knew I was writing this) I realized that I could not only help myself with the experiences I had and the strategies I used to get through them, but that maybe I could help someone else. That I could give someone else HOPE, that even though today doesn't look good that there is always HOPE for a better tomorrow. And to never give up, no matter how high the odds are stacked against you, if something is worth fighting for then you must continue to carry on.
