Suzanne R. Banks Just keep working at your desk, or wherever you feel comfortable. If your ideas aren't coming then switch to research, or even do some automatic writing. It is important to keep going and to acknowledge some writing sessions will be easier than others. And that's life, isn't' it?

Suzanne R. Banks The idea evolved over the time I was writing it. I am an Aromatherapist and knew I was gong to write about essential oils and aromatherapy, but I had no solid idea of how the book would be set out or even what the content would be. Suzanne R. Banks I'm currently working on mt new book about healing myself from Type 1 Diabetes. It is a work in progress, and at the moment it is in it's fledgeling stages.
Suzanne R. Banks Just start! Set aside a block of time, even if it's just an hour a couple of times a week. Don't miss this time and use it to do research, creative writing or automatic writing. Starting is the hardest part.
