I can find inspiration anywhere. I can see a flower or go through some sort of pain and it will inspire me. I can have a conversation or play with a child and I find inspiration there. I can delve into my past or hear someone tell me a story and I find inspiration. Life for me is inspiration enough to write.

Sometimes I walk away from the work for a little while. I take a breath from it. I socialize with other people, maybe ask some questions, or watch a movie or two. If all else fails then I talk to my best friend and bounce some ideas off of her. She is a fellow writer so we usually help each other.
